You are welcome to return lip products within three days of you receiving your order. The product must be unused with all seals and packaging intact. We will not accept any exchanges not authorized by Glow by Melodye. We will not accept products that are used or unsealed. Glow by Melodye reserve's the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
